Tolbert Hosts Town Hall Meetings on Buffalo Public Schools

Bernie Tolbert, a former Buffalo School teacher and executive for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National Basketball Association (NBA) and The Coca Cola Corporation, is sponsoring a series of Town Hall Meetings to encourage community-wide dialogue on the Buffalo Public School System. In announcing the meetings, Tolbert outlined the program and its purpose.

Tolbert’s town hall meetings will run for a four successive Mondays beginning April 7th at The New Covenant United Church-Christ 494 Clinton Street and continuing April 14 at The Unitarian Universalist Church 695 Elmwood Ave, April 21 at UB Allen Hall University of Buffalo South Campus and April 28 Timon St.Jude High School 601 McKinley Pkwy. April 7 is scheduled for 6 to 7:30 pm, with the remainder set for 6 to 8 pm. All meetings are free and open to the public.
