New Service Requests Via Internet

Mayor Byron W. Brown today announced an update of the City of Buffalo’s 311 Call and Resolution Center to allow for additional requests to be made online at the City of Buffalo website.

www.city-buffalo.com.

“My Administration continues to develop easier ways for city residents to access city services or report concerns that exist in their neighborhoods,” said Mayor Brown. “Through our city website and our new 311 Call and Resolution Center, city residents can file requests for key city services, which are then processed expeditiously by the Call and Resolution Center personnel.”

New services that can be requested online include street plowing and street salting.  Residents may also report sidewalks in their neighborhoods that have not been cleared of ice and snow through the city’s website.   Previously available service requests on the city’s website include animal control, forestry, parking, graffiti and sanitation.

Residents with any problems associated with winter weather activity are encouraged to call the City of Buffalo’s 311 Call Center.  This can be done simply by dialing 3-1-1 from any landline or cell phone within city limits.
