NYS Thruway Authority just went ans pissed off Rus Thompson again . We should all be pissed really.

Rus Thompson says:

When we were told that tolls were being raised this year we all were under the impression that it was for 10% at least that is what the Thruway Authority told us. Two years ago the tolls at the bridges were raised from .50 cents to .75 cents. That is a 100% toll increase in two years.

Assembly Republican Minority Leader Tedisco responds to Toll issue

I received this VIA email from Jim Tedisco, what a thrill this is. We are making headway in Albany, well with the Republicans anyway in the Senate and Assembly. Now will be the time to hold them all accountable and see who will be the obstructionists. Democrats sponsor or co-sponsor legislation or be labeled as obstructionists. We are tired of hearing you say “we can’t do anything about it” You can by legislation, now do it and stand up for the people of this state for once.

Our Local representative on that board, Jeff Williams, voted no.
