Stroud to Buffalo?
FOX sports is reporting that the Jacksonville Jaguars Marcus Stroud will be visiting Buffalo soon, which could perhaps lead to a trade between the two teams.
Let’s see…chronic injury problems, a four-game substance abuse suspension, $6.3 million in salary next year. Yep, sounds good to me! Something tells me the Bills would have to be able to get him for a mid-round pick in order for them to do that deal.
I’m kind of bummed that the Bills gave Kiwaukee Thomas the boot, if only because I loved his first name. That does continue the Bills purge of Thomases, as Anthony was already shown the door earlier.
Meanwhile, short white guys everywhere are weeping over the release of Coy Wire and the non-tendering of Jim Leonhard. Whose jersey will Drew from Depew be donning as the great white exodus from the Bills continues? At least folks still have Brian Moorman and this dude. Oh, forgot about this one. Everybody relax.
It is widely believed that receiver, tight end, linebacker and corner are on the Bills shopping list. No shit, considering all their receivers are midgets, they have three corners on the roster, Robert Royal had surgery, making Tim Massoquoi and Teyo Johnson your big names, and the Bills have this guy as their backup at both OLB spots. Obviously, a big, run-stuffing defensive tackle would be welcome as well, but that one may just have to come via the draft.
The Bills have plenty of white dudes at the DE position. Did I hear right that Andre Davis got like 4 million a year from Houston? How? So he can out run passes from Schaub?
I played high school football with D.J Fitzpatrick, im lovin the fact that I played football with a player on the Bills.

Awesome. I love that signing. He was a unheralded part of that Giants defense.
Davis was the 2nd best returner last year behind Hester. If we can give Roscoe what we did then Davis, who had his best year receiving, is worth what he got.

Killer post! Hate to say it but all my knucklehead friends from high school — Sweet Home class of ’91 if you must know — who I still see several times a year including during our annual gathering for the Bills home opener, succumbed to the inexplicably irresistible lure of the Posluszny jersey and anted up for one. Even the dudes who were self-proclaimed “non-jersey” guys.
What can you say? White dudes from Buffalo love white football players. Especially if they’re Polish or Irish.
