Now, it’s the primary topic of discussion this morning on The Tom Bauerle Conspiracy and Fringe Lunatic Show on WBEN.

Tom is demanding that Byron Brown call the show and apologize to Ms. Einach.

All of a sudden, Bauerle is describing Ms. Einach as a “tireless advocate for a better Buffalo” and a “true representation of leadership”. It’s amazing how quickly that guy will jump a fence to get on the right side of an issue…

Anyhow, I wouldn’t expect an apology from Cutler or Brown anytime soon. It appears they have set up an underling as the scapegoat…

James E. Pavel, the city’s director of support services, acknowledged that he received a call from Brown’s communications director about Einach’s critique on a Web log. But Pavel said that it was his decision – not Peter K. Cutler’s – to tell Einach that it would be best if she did not continue to volunteer in his 18th-floor office at City Hall.

“She wrote negative things about the mayor. Keep America Beautiful owes its existence to the efforts Byron Brown made as a state senator,” Pavel said, referring to the cleanup program on which Einach was working. “I didn’t want to see negatives [overshadow] a program that has so many people doing so many positive things.”

He said he told her that it would be best if she did future volunteer work from home.

Great. Mayor Brown needs to take control of his own Administration and stop this fucking nonsense.
