Cheer Up!

Sure, as a Sabres fan you’re pretty down today after the boys dropped their fifth straight.

But cheer up, because there is good news from the NHL.

Toronto now sits in 12th place in the Eastern Conference, seven points behind the eighth-place Canadiens, to whom they lost 6-2 last night. Their playoff chances are pretty much done, meaning I can finally enjoy listening to Toronto sports-radio again, just to hear the Leafs fans finally admit they suck.

And feel free to go to Kukla’s Korner to watch Darcy Tucker get creamed with a deftly placed Alex Kovalev elbow. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy.
