Game Fifty-Eight Open Thread: Sabres at Rangers

Back home from Ft. Lauderdale. Just to recap yesterday’s timeline:

11:30 – Arrive at airport
4:15 – Take off after long delay
7:03 – Touch down in Buffalo
7:51 – Pay cabbie, walk in door to house
8:03 – SonOne begins an evening of vomiting. Welcome home, Dad!

    I don’t like to complain about officiating when we’re losing badly, but some of the shit they’re calling and the shit they’re letting go seems to ridiculous.

    I mean, the last two scrums in front of the Ranger’s net they’ve got Rangers tackling Sabres and cross-checking them to the ice, but they don’t call any of that…

    Then they call these little bullshit trips and slashes that we don’t see replays of because the video guys can’t find ‘em.

    -apparently campbell is trying to convince other teams he’s not worth more than a second round pick.

    -ruff must’ve rejected miller’s request for a day off.
