Mercifully, the Amazing Race: Family Edition will be over next week.

Mercifully, the Amazing Race: 8th real edition will be next – back to the regular format of teams of 2.

Mercifully, the horrifically annoying Godlewski kin were eliminated last night.

Mercifully, CBS and the producers will probably thing long and hard before ever toying with TAR’s format ever again.

Mercifully, I won’t have to deal with the sniping Weavers or whiny Bransens again after next week. I want the Linzes to win.

As an added bonus and side note, it’s quite clear from the promo for next week that the teams fly into Toronto and take the Whirlpool Rapids Jet Boats down the Niagara River, working towards the big WNY finale at Davis Park in Lewiston.
