Walgreens wants to take this corner in Kenmore:

And the News’ article yesterday indicated that they want to rip that down and turn it into something like this:

Might I suggest that Walgreens re-examine its other properties?

Perhaps this could be used as a model?

That store on that corner (Coolidge Corner in Brookline, MA) is a Walgreens.
