Why not debate Kevin, Byron?

Gaughan, the lone challenger to the Anointed One, Byron Brown, has challenged Brown to a one-on-one debate at the First Amendment Club in Black Rock this Sunday.

Brown balked.

Too bad. I guess Brown figures Buffalo voters have all the answers they need.
