The problem for him is that the part of “Swiss” from which Kerry called for “le filibuster” is Davos. swisslang.gif

Davos is in the Canton of Graubünden in Eastern Switzerland. Davos is in the German-speaking part of Switzerland; not the western, French-speaking part. (You’ll note that Davos’ homepage wishes you a Herzlich Wilkommen.)
