That’s what Channel 4 just teased for 11pm.

Nothing on BR about it.

What’s going on with this?

UPDATE: Gabe from Buffalo Rising confirms that Mobius has put a for sale sign up on the parcel, and while no one is saying the Savarino is dead, it looks like it’s on life support, at best.

It’s a shame, I think. The hotel would have served several museums and galleries that draw people from far and wide. It would have perfectly served Buff State down the block, Canisius down the street, and UB South a bit further out. Not to mention being a great place to crash for suburbanites who exceed a .08.

Sometimes it’s as if moving forward is anathema to this community.
