Phillips: Asshole

The family of troopers Longobardo and Baker, both of whom were undeniably shot by Ralph Phillips, and the former of which was killed, were present in the Mayville courtroom of Chautauqua Supreme today for his sentencing.

Ralph “Bucky” Phillips told State Police troopers “I’ll be back” after a Chautauqua County judge sentenced him to life without parole for shooting New York State Troopers in August.

Phillips asked the judge if he could withdrawl his quilty plea however the judge denied the motion.

His bad Terminator impression notwithstanding, Phillips supposedly says he’s not really guilty because he didn’t know the people he shot at were cops.
