I think I got everybody. The beer was a-flowing until they ran out at around 8:30. The food – knockwurst with German potato salad and sauerkraut was fantastic. I tried to chat with just about everybody. The music of the Frankfurters, with the obligatory occasional Prosit, was wonderful to listen to. My older daughter and I danced to “Edelweiss”, and she loved the cowbell solo, the saw solo, and the cowbell/saw harmony. More cowbell, as the kids say nowadays.

The Geeks were missed.

Truly, I think the Central Terminal has/should become Buffalo’s unofficial convention center for events such as this. It’s got loads more character, and puts you in a better frame of mind to have fun than does that concrete Jersey barrier-looking convention center downtown.
