OK, I need a panel of pizza tasters to join Geek ‘n me in a pizza taste-off.

Geek has already expressed his love for Chicago deep-dish – the only local version of which I’m aware is at Uno’s on Maple, so anything else would have to be shipped.

I’ve already listed a bunch of places locally that do great, good, and passable New York or Neapolitan style pizza. Would that I could have someone JetBlue a Lombardi’s pie up here. (Even the menu is mouthwatering (pdf))

For Buffalo pizza, we could get some La Nova, some Bocce, some Blasdell, and [insert soggy, goopy, saucy pizza here].

I maybe 7-10 tasters altogether, and some of youse should be somewhat neutral. Or at least ambivalent. We can pick a location and bring the pies in, and do it blind. I can volunteer my house, but you guys’d have to trek out to farm country. So….?
