What’s the point of buying coffee from a scantily clad young woman if you’re sitting in your car going through the drive thru?

It’s an inordinately long article, given the topic, but I love this quote:

“If I’m going to pay $4 for a cup of coffee” said one male customer, “I’m not going to get served by a guy.”
