That’s the word this Serbian paper used to describe the rioting in Belgrade today. One person was killed, and over 150 injured.
I haven’t seen it used seriously since this.

Finally, I’ve learned the origins of the term “wylin’ out”.
things won’t start to get interesting until the wilding spreads to mitrovica. and i’m not sure that the belgrade government is willing enough to forsake admission to the eu in order for that to happen.
without government backing — tanks and artillery — serb fighters would stand no chance against the nato forces in kosovo, not to mention whatever’s left of the kla.
of course, given the mountain terrain and kosovo’s tiny size, those tanks and artillery pieces could actually be located in serbia and still fire effectively enough to support ground operations on the ibar river.
my impression is that, at this juncture of history, the serbs are pretty much sick of getting their asses kicked.
