Republicans really can’t figure out whether Obama is an elitist country clubber or a Jihadist-in-waiting who American, just barely. But this, I think, is the winningest strategy out of all of them and I urge Republicans to adopt this:
Norquist dropped by The Times’ Washington bureau today and, as part of his negative critique of Obama’s liberal stances on economic issues and other matters, he termed the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee “John Kerry with a tan.”

Nice to see that, even in polite company, Obama’s paleo-conservative critics can’t help but reveal their latent racism.
Cue Hank to show up to say that all Obama’s looking for is tight pussy, loose shoes and a warm place to take a shit…
Limousine Liberal fits him quite well. Perhaps, Lexus Liberal would be a better fit.
Grover as a paleo is a new one on me.
Obama is a weak candidate with the great fortune to be up against an even weaker one.
But John Kerry had a tan.
And really, more of a pompadour than a ‘fro.
kerry with a tan….that cracks me up!
Actually Barry Hussein is more like
“Receptacle for Limousine/MSM/College Educated Liberal White Guilt”.
In North Carolina, that he is touted to be able to win, I’ve heard him called an “Ignorant Chimp”. So NC is obviously in the bag, along with all of the former CSA.
Still waiting for someone to give us a reason to vote FOR the GOP in November instead of childishly picking at someone’s name, which was inherited from a father he never knew – and couldn’t matter less anyway.
If John McCain wants a shot at winning this thing, I’d advise he:
1. Pick a Republican VP nominee who repudiates the last eight years for what it was – a complete farce on every policy front imaginable
2. Run the independent-minded & straight-talking campaign that John McCain ran in 2000, when he could have become President – and a good one at that – if George Bush’s cronies didn’t shamefully convince South Carolinians that McCain’s adopted Bangladeshi daughter wasn’t, instead, illegitimate and black
3. Make the case, positively and on his own merits, that McCain is the stronger candidate. If Obama is as weak as some members of this audience think he is, that should be easy. The fact that it hasn’t happened yet suggests that maybe it’s not so easy and maybe Obama’s not as weak as some of you’d hope.
