Dear Julie,
There have been no real republicans governing this state during my lifetime. There were two limousine-liberal governors masquerading as republicans, Rockefeller and Pataki, and Wilson who served a year to fill out Rockefeller’s term, the rest were Democrats. The Assembly has been controlled by Democrats, and the Senate by Republicans. I think there’s enough blame for our current state of affairs to be shared by both parties.

Stachowski has had 26 years of failed leadership, Delano gets my vote by default because he is not Stachowski and hasn’t screwed up yet. It has nothing to do with what party anyone belongs to. Your rose-colored glasses only perceive a partisan slant.

I’d vote for a corpse over Stachowski if I lived in the district.

I worked for his opponent in 1975 when it was evident even to a high school student that there was an evil force of slackers called the machine.

The guy hasn’t done a single thing for WNY since except spend his inflated salary and do what he is told by the party chairman. You have to to be a real Kool-Aid drinker to even muster up the energy to post about him.

you mean 40 years of REBUPUBLICAN spending. But, we won’t have to worry about them after November anyway. And your boy will be in the minority. oh and by the way….he grunted that if that were to happen he would leave the Seante. sounds good to me Mike..he sounds like a winner! Rose colored glasses indeed. It’s called being well informed and making smart choices.

@ Julie: Given all that, the fact Stachowski isn’t killing him in the polls is pathetic!!! The guy’s a 13-term incumbent for God’s sake. Just saying the fact he’s resorting to dirty politics/having to spend money in a campaign for the first time because nobody can pick him out of a crowd is shameful.

Also, don’t assume you know where my vote is going.
