Chris Smith you’d just as pathetic as Hudson. His statement on his website and email to supporters asked them to stay engaged in politics you dumb f*ck.

Why should his supporters support Alice? She lied! She helped Davis spread false accusations (that Hudson was obviously paid to do as well) and spread them so she could sneak in the back door for victory.

If Powers did have people maxed out – they can’t give to Alice anyway, if he got PAC money – Alice claims she won’t take it! So get out of your mom’s basement and stop being retarded.

Interesting to me, how people can dislike people so much that they are willing to turn conversations to such angry exchanges. Happens in politics all over the place, and it is disturbing.

Hudson is willing to continue to make statements that were asked and answered. War Kids was not a fundraising organization, it was programmatic organization. Powers was not paid $77,000 by War Kids, he was paid $15,000. And, by the way, the local CEO of Make-A-Wish makes lots more than that and doesn’t have to fly into a war zone to do it. This argument that Hudson leads and many of you follow is the lowest of the low.

The final statement that Hudson makes that Powers kept the money he was supposed to be spending on beating Davis and Alice to use for his own stuff is so ridiculous it is insulting to any intelligent people. Congressional campaign finance tracking is ridiculously stringent. The filings are thorough and complete.

And, how do any of you know what staff or fundraising organization was offered to Alice, and what was accepted and what was ignored?

Hidson, is a mean spirited…”hate filled tool” and I just don’t think he is capable of the truth or of any shame, whatsoever, and a feww of you are following in his footsteps.

i dont want to be treated like an adult. i could care less. i just love getting people upset on an internet blog and how it burns them up inside when they are mocked by a stranger and have huge “balls” to say things that they wouldn’t never be able to say in person, rather they hide behind a computer screen.

As far as I’m concerned, Powers is dead to me. I was never a big supporter and I thought his campaign was horribly mismanaged and said so on several occasions (like it matters). However, he should have been gracious in defeat; endorsed Kryzan, handed over his fundraising organization and asked his donors to canvass and support the Democratic nominee.

Instead, he skulks away with nary a public word to find a job outside the area. Good riddance to a power hungry empty suit.

@Buffalo Pundit… I know you have been championing the Powers cause and I respect you for that, and this past summer I did some phone canvassing at the Powers HQ even though I don’t live in the district and never met the guy. But truth be told, this mysterious “move out of state” ploy to deliver another line to Alice seems like something straight out of the Orsini playbook. If the Repubs had pulled a switch like this you’d be raising all kinds of hell.

That being said, I say GO ALICE. I met her way back when she was representing Pyramid Companies to get our awesome mall built here in Cheektowaga. Sharp lady she’d make a great congresswoman.

I stand happily corrected. I live out of town, and it was my understanding that Powers did not congratulate Kryzan, or connect with his supporters. That does change my opinion of Powers.

Overall, that does not change my opinion of the other blindly ambitious politicians out there who chase the perks of office and treat their responsibilities as an afterthought.

And clarence guy, grow up. You’re not in junior high any more; try making an argument without spewing out insults like a 14-year old. It’s the same as I tell my own children – if you want to be treated like an adult, you have to act like one.
