Unexpected Momentum

Survey USA has Obama up 53 – 43%.

Suffolk University has Obama up 51 – 39%.

In Virginia.

Then, there’s this ad that’s running throughout Appalachia right now. I have never before heard of Ralph Stanley before, but I guess he’s something of a big deal.

    Ralph Stanley is a bluegrass legend. He performed several of the songs from Brother, Where Art Thou, including ‘O Death,’ for which he won the 2002 grammy for Best Male Country Vocal Performance.
