Wilson Torture Case

First I read this in yesterday’s Buffalo News:

Ongoing discussions with the prosecutor’s office also included considerations on how the cases will proceed if the teens and their attorneys reject the plea offers, Vona said.

“I don’t think it’s a situation where it’s appropriate for any of these kids to come out of this with a criminal record,” he said.

Then I read this:

Initial charges accused the players of forcing a foreign object into a private body opening. According to legal papers filed with the school district on behalf of the victims and their families, a possible precursor to a civil lawsuit, the players inserted a cell phone and “what felt like multiple fingers” into the victims’ rectums.

There seems to be an overwhelming amount of sympathy and good-feelings being spread around for the torturers and their enablers. So, let me be very clear:

The latter paragraph quoted above made me conclude that if there’s one thing the perpetrators need, if guilty, is a criminal. fucking. record.

Yeah after all this is Wilson where everyone knows your name as they sit on top of you and jam their cellphone up your ass so why do you have to be a big crybaby and have to take them to court ? Is anally raping another kid with your phone a criminal act ? Holy fuck we thought it was good old fashioned jockstrap hijinks — if we’d a knowed that we’d a just called on the phone and asked if they did Prince Albert in the can. Maybe when the team fucking kills the next kid they harass the community will take a deep breath and say o.k. maybe someone’s going to have a criminal record if that’s the way it has to be — sigh… If hit happened in a Buffalo school suburbanite rancor would be at fever pitch and they’d be asking about the death penalty but when it’s Barney and Andy and Otis they all just wanna go fishin and ferget about it I guess. Fucking bullshit bunch of cowards.

as i noted in my column today on this very issue, why in the hell do the buffalo news, niagara gazette etc. continue to refer to what happened as a “hazing incident”? if the victims would have been 15-year-old girls, is that what they’d call it? no, they’d call it what it is; sodomy.

  3. welcome to post-911, post-Jack Bauer, post-Abu Ghraib, post-Guantanamo, post-”quaint” Geneva Conventions America, yo. McCain ‘08!

hazing indeed. Every adult on that bus ought to summarily have “multiple objects” inserted into their recti.

    rectums?

    whatever.

    criminal. fucking. record.

    Absolutely.Fucking.Right.

Or perhaps ‘ade can offer 96 hours shock incarceration in an adult facility. Once caged in with men with nothing to lose, you find out quickly what degree of punk you are.

These “students’ would punk out FAST.

They would find out things about sodomy (oral and anal) that they wouldn’t learn anywhere else.

That would even be BETTER than a conviction.

I’m still laughing at this one …. Yer a funny mofo Crowley !

This is embarrassing for all of WNY. If the people in Wilson want to avoid any more media scrutiny (and what’s wrong with that? sounds to me like Wilson needs a LOT of scrutiny) they need to stop treating this “incident” like it’s no big deal and understand that when teenagers do fucked up things, they deserve to be punished. So do the adults who are supposed to be watching them.

I found it outrageous that people are more concerned with protecting the perpetrators than the VICTIMS. This story completely disgusts me. These torturors should be charged with rape and sodomy crimes, they should have criminal records, and quite frankly I feel they should do some time for their heinous actions.

Thanks Hate, it doesn’t pay any bills but it keeps us happy. Glad to see the critical mass of common sense and appropriately aimed outrage here. You sometimes wonder where people’s minds are in cases like this. Kinda wonder how 2 a days went for the Fighting Walleyes or whatever they call their football tea. Bet it was a pin drop quiet locker room.

  12. Timothy Domst says:

Why do the taxpayers in that school district who never raped anyone have to pay for a lawsuit? Suing the kids who inflicted the cellular terror seems fairer. Oh yeah, it’s payday and those anal rapist kids aren’t rich enough.

  13. rastamick61 says:

OK Tim we’ve heard the saga of the poor wilson taxpayers. Fuck them too if they all want to do is sit on their hands and protect there cornholing phone sex jocks and their don’t see don’t hear coaches, which, from what came out of their town chorus is exactly what they wanted. Do you realize you’re doing the same thing saying those anal rapist kids aren’t rich enough ? Like they’re the poor victims again. Please. When the Wilsonites get half as fired up to punish these freak rapists as people in this comment section are maybe the blodlust for lawsuits will die down. But as long as you hear those poor coaches and those poor kids need counseling you’re going to hear Payday Ya’ll !!

  14. The Humanist says:

@Timothy – who gave the rapists the opportunity, the instruments and the protection to carry out their assaults on their victims?

    The coaches.

If the taxpayers don’t want to be held liable for child rapes, they should make sure their schools don’t hire child rape advocates to coach their children.
