Vets have been made lots of promises by the government, few kept. Gillibrand will get commended when the bill is passed, not before. Perhaps a few hundred Nam Vets in the Gallery, scratching themselves constantly (the most outward sign of an Agent Orange Vet) could help, but Veterans have learned not to trust the government when they say something.
