Is a nice new addition to the skyline. 2)also the site of the now former aud is amazing. The size of the lot is huge and the possibilites for it are endless. To be honest a great new park or common area with plenty of grass would be great..however impossible with the bass pro plans. Also you get a different perspective of the HSBC arena, which gave me a new found respect for the structure and a reminder that our community can get it right on occasion.
