Hoyt Pushes For Ban On Tobacco Sales At Pharmacies

Here we are, typical of the man who just continues to put government into places where they don’t belong. Every business that I know of that has decided not to sell tobacco has done it on their own, why does Hoyt feel it is his job to restrict and interfere with the free market? Has tobacco been banned? NO, is it a legal substance? YES. This will just send more people to the reservation. Maybe that is his plan, give all the business to the reservations.

WBEN 930 : Hoyt Pushes For Ban On Tobacco Sales At Pharmacies

Buffalo, NY WBEN – State Assemblyman Sam Hoyt has proposed banning tobacco sales in pharamacies. He says drugstores, which should be places of health and wellness, send mixed messages by selling cigarettes and other tobacco products.

Hoyt was joined by cancer survivor Ron Osborne, who says he doesn’t want to see anyone else to suffer like he has.

Hoyt is looking for a sponsor in the senate.
