I guess an introduction is in order…

I guess my first post should represent who I am and what I intend to blog about…

Let’s dispense with the necessities:

- I’m 31 Years Old

- Married to a beautiful wife who tolerates me

- I’m chubby, which helps me fit in here in Buffalo

- I work for one of the top IT companies in the world as a Systems Engineer

- I own a home in the Parkside neighborhood of Buffalo, NY

- I have a great little Border Collie, who was rescued from an animal shelter

- I am a most unique political animal around these parts…socially libertarian, fiscally conservative, and a decidedly free thinking soul

- I have lived in many corners of the country…Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Illinois, and parts in between

- I’m a veteran of the United States Air Force

- I’m a Red Sox fan, a Yankee hater, a Bills, Sabres, Bulls, and Notre Dame fan. My allegiances are representative of the nomadic life I have lead

- I grew up in Buffalo, moved away in frustration and returned…at times, I wonder why…

- I look forward to being part of New Buffalo and being a part of the solution rather than part of the problem

- I believe that technology and innovation can solve many of our local, national, and international problems.

- I wish I had started blogging sooner…
