Tomorrow morning, the former chairwoman of the Erie County Legislature will once again be representing  Erie County.

This time the gavel will be in someone else’s hand as she will be in State Supreme Court defending her unconscionable actions against a former employee at the Erie County Legislature.

The case was originally found to have ‘no probable cause’ by NYS.  But in a recent appeals ruling, the state found plenty of reasons to allow the suit to continue (see below)

And so it will tomorrow and Tuesday in State Supreme Court.  Not quite sure why she thinks she deserves another chance at representing the people of Erie County, but Barbara Miller-Williams is running this year to regain her seat at the Legislature that she lost to Tim Hogues in 2011.
