Holocaust survivor, escapee from Communist regime, Pratt Institute Graduate, accomplished industrial designer for General Electric, instructor / lecturer at Purdue University, executive producer and subject of award-winning documentary film “Misas Fugue”, artist, musician and— most importantly–husband, father and grandfather.

These titles outline just some of Frank Grunwald’s life accomplishments. Yet suggest to this 83-year old that his life has been remarkable and he defers the observation, insisting instead that he is just like many.
