In 2013, Ellen and Jim Graham decided to open a family business with the sole intent of creating a place where intellectually challenged adults, including their daughter, Cameron, could learn life lessons and develop career skills.

Today, three years later, this remarkable couple is still going strong in their dedication to that mission, at a time when most people their age are thinking about retirement. 

And while they acknowledge that the business is, “exhausting”, Ellen and Jim continue to move forward, supporting each other personally and professionally in a strong partnership of love and respect.
