Mayor Byron W. Brown easily defeated opponents tonight in the democratic primary, earning Brown a fourth term in an election with one of the lowest turnouts in recent history.
In other Primary news Jim Shaw won handedly in Hamburg and April Baskin will replace Betty Jean Grant in the Erie County Legislature.
