The Buffalo Sabres beat the St. Louis Blues 4-2 on December 29, 2024 at Enterprise Center. Forward Peyton Krebs scored the first goal off a pass from defenseman Bowen Byram. Tage Thompson scored the first of two power-play goals on a wrist shot from the high slot. With the game tied at 2-2, Jason Zucker found open ice for a one-timer on the power play. For extra cushion, Jiri Kulich scored off an end-to-end rush.
