Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz joins Department of Public Works Commissioner William Geary, departmental personnel and other elected officials to officially open a new highway barn in Lancaster. The new barn replaces a century-old, obsolete facility in Clarence that Public Works had used until now.
