Governor Hochul and WNY School Leaders Highlight Plans to Implement Smartphone Restrictions

August 25, 2025 – Niagara Falls, NY – Governor Kathy Hochul held a roundtable with Western New York school leaders, parents and students to highlight their plans for implementing bell-to-bell smartphone restrictions when school resumes this fall.
