Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz invites residents to share their perspectives on county services, priorities, and future investments through the “Envision Erie” survey, unveiled today.

Originally announced by Poloncarz in his 2025 State of the County address, the new initiative reflects the county’s commitment to listening to and engaging with residents and ensuring that county government remains responsive, transparent, and aligned with community needs.

The survey will be open for 90 days and will be available online.

At the survey’s conclusion Erie County will:
• Analyze survey responses and community input throughout the summer
• Identify key trends and priorities expressed by residents, and
• Develop and release a public-facing Action Plan in Fall 2026, outlining how Erie County will respond to identified community needs and priorities.
