Citybration 2012 will kick off on Thursday, January 26 at 6:00pm in the newly renovated Rendezvous Room at the historic Statler City. There will be food, fun, a cash bar and lots of ways to get involved. What better way to start off a full year of celebrating Buffalo than with a party!
The seventh annual four day Citybration festival will take place on June 21-24, 2012. The basic lineup of events includes hot air balloon rides, a Sunset Reception atop City Hall, a scavenger hunt that uses QR codes and smart phones, as well as a brand new 5K foot race and a cool Buffalo waterfront photography contest. Launch attendees will be able to add their events to the schedule and suggest ways to make the festival even more fun.
But Citybration is much more than just an annual festival. Launch attendees will discover the other ways in which Citybration is planning to showcase Buffalo’s assets, highlight opportunities and celebrate successes during the coming year and provide ample ways to become in the movement to keep Buffalo’s best and brightest in the community and attract more people and their families to this fine city.
No RSVP is required to attend this free event. All those who support Buffalo and wish to promote it are encouraged to be at the Statler on Thursday, January 26th.
