Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo comes to the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center at 10 a.m. to give what business and community leaders hope will be a more detailed view of his pledge for $1 billion in economic development aid for the Buffalo Niagara region. He’s also expected to talk about what’s ahead for the UB2020 plan and the $101 million the state is investing in our Regional Economic Development Plan.
