TRIMANIA_REBOOT  Returns March 29th

Buffalo Arts Studio presents:

TRIMANIA_REBOOT

Saturday, March 29, 2024, 7:00 pm–12:00 am

Buffalo, NY — TRIMANIA is back! After a seven-year hiatus, TRIMANIA_REBOOT returns on March 29, 2025, at Tri-Main Center with an impressive entertainment list to make up for lost time. The event is put on by Buffalo Arts Studio—the first tenant at Tri-Main Center back in 1991. TRIMANIA is the Studio’s major fundraiser.

TRIMANIA_REBOOT is an epic celebration of art, culture, and music that transforms the six-floor building into a night of music, art, and energy, featuring live bands, DJs, dancers, poets, visual artists, and performers of all kinds to build your own adventure. Some highlights for this year’s event include:

  • Exhibitions by Jozef Bajus and Jay Carrier at Buffalo Arts Studio

  • Musical performances by Medusa, MYQ Farrow Acoustic Trio, Spud, Diyené, and Ribbit Exhibit

  • Live painting by Chuck Tingley, Laura Valkwitch, and Mickey Harmon

  • Interactive art making with Madeline Bartley, Karen Eckert, and In-Room Plus!

  • Performances by Buffalo Improv House, Buffalo Fashion Runway, and the Glam Vamps

  • Micro-galleries curated by community partners including Julia Bottoms, Stitch Buffalo and Hunt Gallery

  • Curated sets from SneakVibingMedia

  • Interactive digital adventures at Squeaky Wheel Film & Media Art Center, Buffalo Game Space and Fret Zealot

Musical and dance performances will span the diverse spectrum of Western New York talent; belly dancing, bollywood, and break dancing will take place alongside jazz, hip-hop, and even an Americana Blues room curated by Sportsmen’s Americana Music Foundation.

The event also provides an opportunity to explore the vast Tri-Main Center, which spans two city blocks and 575,000 square feet on six floors. The former Ford Motor Plant, designed in 1915 by American architect Albert Kahn, now houses over 100 spaces specially suited for a diverse community of thinkers, doers, inventors, activists, and artists. As guests take in the people, performers, and installations, they can explore the artist studios, creative businesses, and community organizations housed inside Tri-Main Center.

Tickets are on sale now for only $35 as a special early bird pricing, but only until December 31, 2024. Ticket prices in the new year will rise to $45, with VIP tickets available at $100. White House blindsided after Melania Trump speaks about partying with Jeffrey Epstein

White House officials were reportedly blindsided after first lady Melania Trump gave a surprise address in which she admitted partying with two of the country's most infamous sex offenders, Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

During an address at the White House, Trump decried the "lies" linking her to Epstein and Maxwell.

"I reject their mean-spirited attempts to defame my reputation. I've never been friends with Epstein. Donald and I were invited to the same parties, as Epstein from time to time, since overlapping in social circles is common in New York City and Palm Beach," the first lady said. "To be clear, I never had a relationship with Epstein or his accomplice, Maxwell. My email reply to Maxwell cannot be characterized as anything more than casual correspondence."

"I'm not a witness or a named witness in connection with any of Epstein's crimes. My name has never appeared in court documents, the depositions, victim statements, or FBI in interviews surrounding the Epstein matter. I have never had any knowledge of Epstein's abuse of his victims. I was never involved in any capacity. I was not a participant, was never on Epstein's plane, and never visited his private island. I have never been legally accused or convicted of a crime in connection with Epstein sex trafficking, abuse of minors, and other repulsive behavior," she insisted.

Trump, however, did not spend as much time defending her husband.

"Now is the time for Congress to act. Epstein was not alone," she said. "Several prominent male executives resigned from their powerful positions after this matter became widely politicized. Of course, this doesn't amount to guilt, but we still must work openly and transparently to uncover the truth."

Following the speech, MS NOW's Jake Taylor reported that White House officials "were caught off guard by her statement."
