Subsidies for STAMP data center among largest ever


This interview aired March 19 on WKBW 7 News’s Voices with Michael Wooten. Data centers tend to be bankrolled by corporations worth billions. Yet the builders also demand massive subsidies from state and local governments. The Genesee County IDA is now joining the fray with one of the largest subsidy packages to date.
