Carly Fox, an organizer and friend of Dolores Bustamante — a migrant labor activist detained by ICE — speaks to supporters and media outside the federal courthouse in Rochester on Tuesday, May 26. At the end of the hearing and dispersal, U.S. District Judge Meredith Vacca allowed Bustamante to speak to her children and grandkids for a few moments in the courtroom. Fox took some notes of what Bustamante said and read her words to the crowd.
