Actor Kevin Spacey will be arraigned in a Nantucket, Massachusetts courtroom this morning on indecent assault and battery charges. The actor allegedly sexually assaulted the then-18-year-old son of former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh in the summer of 2016. The charge represents the first criminal case against the actor, who was fired from his role on Netflix’s ‘House of Cards’ after several sexual misconduct allegations were leveled against him.
