Rooftop Concert in Larkinville Set for August 8th and Will Cost $7

Beatlemania returns to Larkinville with the fourth annual Beatles Rooftop Tribute concert on Thursday, August 8th.

Geno McManus and The Black Rock Beatles will be back on the rooftop of the Hydraulic Hearth restaurant, 716 Swan Street, playing the music of The Beatles down to Larkin Square and the Hydraulic Hearth Beer Garden. Seneca Street will be closed, allowing guests to view the rooftop concert from the street, Larkin Square, or the beer garden. The concert recalls the Beatles’ legendary last performance, in London 1969 and featured in the documentary film Let it Be.

The Beatles rooftop night has become one of the signature events of the Larkinville neighborhood, growing in size each of the last 3 years. Past attendees know that it can get crowded, which is why this year the event’s organizers will be selling $7 pre-sale tickets. Parking will be free in the Larkin Square parking ramp and in the lots along Exchange Street. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite.

“Beatles night has grown from a pop-up we did on a whim 3 years ago into one of the biggest events for the neighborhood. Who knew people loved the Beatles so much…?” Said Hydraulic Hearth proprietor Harry Zemsky. “To ensure a great customer experience, this year we’re opening up our parking ramp for free parking, while selling $7 pre-sale tickers to help control the crowd size.”
