In following their dream to open a New York City restaurant, Buffalo transplants Dan Borowski, John Henninger and Pat Haidon decided on a well-located storefront in Manhattan’s lower east side.  While working fulltime jobs, the trio tackled the building renovations and officially opened the doors to Dan and John’s Wings in October of 2015— and they haven’t looked back since.

Dan defines the trio’s hard work and determination to succeed as a blue collar ethic founded in the roots of the Buffalo community that they revere and proudly call home

(Intro music “Blue Collar” by Bachman Turner Overdrive).
