Republican Polls Show Sheriff Howard’s Reign Could be Coming to an End

WNYmedia Network has learned that recent polling done by Erie County Republicans is showing that Sheriff Howard’s reign of terror on Erie County may quickly be coming to an end.

“He’s trying desperately to ramp up his social media and earned media profile, but is trailing behind in key areas that have allowed him narrow victories in the past” says a qualified Republican source familiar to WNYmedia Network.

His attendance at a White supremacy rally and the opioid epidemic hitting suburban areas that are normally favorable to Howard are two factors that have taken a toll on the 12 year Sheriff.

According to the polling, Howard has lost significant support in suburban areas like Amherst and Tonawanda, where his Alt-right “Constitutional Sherif Philosophies” aren’t playing well with a more moderate suburban voter base.

Remember. Polling is polling.  Take it with a grain of salt. Albeit good news for opponents of the current sheriff, none of it will matter if Democrats can’t get people to the polls in an off-cycle election season.

Remember Erie County voters head to the polls on Nov. 7th
