Day two of WNYmedia Network coverage of #StillResistingWeekend2018 features one of the key organizers of Women March in Seneca Falls 2017 and chairwoman of the organizing committee of this years Women March Seneca Falls, Melina Carnicelli.

The first woman to be nominated for and elected into office as mayor of Auburn, NY (1999), Melina serves as a leader for women in her community and beyond, most recently through her “First Amendment, First Vote,” Program of civic engagement, which prepares girls and young women for their first opportunity to vote when they turn 18.

WNYmedia, we will be presenting a week-long series of exclusive video interviews and segments with organizers and participants from Women March 2018 Seneca Falls and the Women’s Solidarity March-WNY.
