Lazarus, agent of the property located at 1379 Niagara Street South District Second Hand Dealer License APO.Com Inc. located at 2198 South Park Avenue Claims, Contracts, Change orders & Agreements The Council approved the following contract change orders submitted by the City of Buffalo Department of Public Works (“DPW”): The contract with Fibertech Environmental for the Police Headquarters Asbestos Abatement Project was increased by $27,731. The contract was initially awarded in the amount of $124,300 and with this change the contract will increase to $152,031. Upon the request of the City of Buffalo Department of Public Works (“DPW”), the Council: Authorized DPW to take proposals and hire an engineering consultant for construction management and inspection of intersection improvements needed at the Clinton and Cedar Streets intersection in the Ellicott District. Authorized DPW to dispose of 19 vehicles and equipment by means of auction or scrap. The vehicles and equipment are outdated and have outlived their usefulness to DPW. Upon the request of the City of Buffalo Department of Public Works, the Council approved the following reports of bids: Of the bids that were received for the Buffalo Zoological Gardens Roof Reconstruction Project, Grove Roofing Services, Inc. was the lowest with a bid of $145,000.
