Bob Cole was ‘the sound of hockey,’ said longtime friend Ron MacLean

Legendary hockey announcer Bob Cole had a career in which fans adored him as much they adored the athletes, according to Hockey Night in Canada's Ron MacLean, a friend and colleague of the iconic hockey broadcaster.
