Buffalo police say they are investigating a video that appears to show Deputy Commissioner Craig Macy pushing a woman on Chippewa Street Saturday night.
According to police, the incident happened on Chippewa Street.
The video was posted on Facebook by @Djreese716. In the clip, a woman is standing near Macy when he pushes her, causing her to fall to the ground.
At this time, police have not released further information about what led up to the encounter or whether any charges have been filed.
