Hispanic Heritage Community Breakfast 6.20.26

13th Annual Hispanic Heritage Community Breakfast, took place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center (153 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY 14202).

This year’s theme, “Celebrating the Trailblazers: HHC Board Est. 2010,” honors the meaningful beginnings that made our collective journey possible. As the saying goes, to every good thing, there is a meaningful beginning. At this year’s breakfast, we paused to recognize the individuals whose courage, vision, and commitment set the course for all that we celebrate today.

What began as a spark of purpose has grown—year after year—into a lasting legacy of service, culture, and community pride. As we reflect on 16 years of milestones and achievements, we acknowledge not only how far we have come, but the dedicated leaders who nurtured this journey with unwavering resolve. Their leadership laid a foundation rooted in heritage, inclusion, and the belief that our community’s story deserves to be preserved, celebrated, and carried forward with pride.

We like to extend a special thanks to all our patrons, supporters, and community that made the event an enjoyable and memorable one for all.

‘The guy has no shame’: RFK Jr.’s ‘fanatic’ tirade on CNN floors analyst

A political analyst was floored after one of President Donald Trump's cabinet secretaries erupted during a CNN interview.

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. went on a tirade on Sunday's "State of the Union" with host Dana Bash, one that devolved into Kennedy shouting at Bash about issues ranging from the COVID-19 vaccine to autism. Will Saletan, a writer at The Bulwark, argued during a new podcast episode on Monday that Kennedy's tirade was indicative of the fact that he's a 'fanatic' rather than a scientist.

"The guy has no shame," Saletan said.

He pointed to one moment in particular where Kennedy claimed that COVID-19 was manufactured to impact Caucasians and Black people more so than other races. He also mentioned Kennedy's blatant untruths about how former CDC Director Anthony Fauci managed the pandemic.

"The problem with Kennedy is he doesn't think like a scientist. He's a fanatic," Saletan said.
