Julie Palmer is Executive Director and Founder of the PATH Enrichment Center in Buffalo, NY. She has a Masters degree from the University of Buffalo Counseling and Educational Psychology Department and a Bachelors in Music Therapy.
She has worked in the field of mental health and cared for children and adults for over 20 years. The P.A.T.H. Enrichment Center in the city of Buffalo was founded in 2015 and provides support services to women and children who are exploited or at risk of being exploited in Western New York offering restoration and healing.
