Gov. Kathy Hochul to hold data centers roundtable in Albany on July 16

The governor’s office released a public schedule for July 16, 2026 stating that Gov. Kathy Hochul will be in Albany and New York City.

At 9:30 a.m. the release lists a roundtable in Albany on what it describes as “her nation-leading action on data centers.” The schedule is labeled “for planning purposes only.”

The release included a media RSVP instruction but provided no further details about the exact Albany venue, participants or whether the event is open to the public.
